Apres By Threads accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. ALL SALE ITEMS, LINGERIE (excluding Bras as long as tags are attached), HANDBAGS, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, SPECIAL ORDERS, AND GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE FINAL SALE!
All shipping charges are non-refundable on returns. Apres By Threads reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the ten (10) day return period. Package must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. Contact Customer Service for availability of desired exchange item(s) (email: hello@aprespetoskey.com or call 231.622.8128) Returns on special orders are not accepted. Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as Apres By Threads cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages . An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by Apres By Threads. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return. (Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Apres By Threads) Items purchased at Apres By Threads are accepted by delivery to our Petoskey location or in-person at any Threads store. Item must have original tags and receipt

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
